The Buddylight system can be used on both an Art-Net or DMX network configuring control priority management with the console, as in standalone mode, where it really stands out. Its configuration has been designed to be quick and easy for all types of users thanks to a simplified and flexible installation.
The configuration is very simple. The system uses some buddy light box that make a connection with the table and the spotlight and are in charge of controlling them. These are connected to anchors located on the stage that are used to monitor the tags, small devices carried by the people to be monitored.
Once the devices are located, the system is calibrated by taking measurements. We can access the configuration via Wi-Fi from the mobile, connecting to the system to configure the equipment, group the tags and rename them according to the person they correspond to, etc.
The maximum tracking area can cover up to 15 x 15 m. The space is delimited by anchors that define where the artist can move. The person to be tracked wears devices that allow it to be followed and are designed so that they can quickly access the main functions of the focus and its automated control without the need for tables.
