Ante la situación provocada por el coronavirus COVID-19 y los rápidos cambios vividos en los últimos días en todo el mundo, desde Stonex queremos comunicar que se han tomado las medidas oportunas para colaborar en las medidas de contención.
Entendemos que estas medidas son claves e indispensables y somos responsables con la situación que estamos viviendo. Por ese motivo, os comunicamos que:
- Desde el jueves 12 de marzo y hasta nuevo aviso, en Stonex hemos implementado el teletrabajo en aquellas funciones que así lo han permitido.
- Transmitiros que seguimos operando, en la distancia, en el mismo horario de trabajo habitual y seguimos ofreciendo a nuestros clientes el soporte necesario.
- Tanto nuestro Servicio Técnico Postventa como nuestro Servicio de Almacén y Logística siguen operando con total normalidad para seguir cubriendo las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Esperamos que la situación se restablezca a la mayor brevedad posible y esperamos que todas estas medidas ayuden a superar juntos esta situación.
Seguimos a la disposición de todos vosotros y os trasladamos que seguiremos juntos apoyándonos para seguir cerca de todos vosotros.

Stonex keeps working with you
From Stonex, the necessary containment measures have been taken because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Spain and its recent impact around the world.
These measures are absolutely essential and we are responsible with the situation. In this order, Stonex reports:
- From Thursday 12th of March 2020 until further notice, Stonex Team (working places which can do it) is working remotely from home.
- We keep offering the same services to our customers.
- After Sales Service Department and Warehousing and Logistic Service are operating as usual.
- Stonex Team is available at the usual working hours.
We hope that the situation back to normality as soon as possible and these measures could help everybody to overcome the problem.
