ISE 2026 It was a true marathon of technology and innovations. And, of course, the Stonex team was there. For five days, we were working flat out at our stand, meeting with colleagues, friends, and partners in the industry to discuss the latest in stage and lighting technology. Once again, Barcelona has demonstrated why this trade fair is the world's leading event for the AV and professional lighting sector.
The edition closed with record figures: 92.170 visitors8% more than last year. These figures reflect more than just attendance: an active sector, with movement, investment, and constant evolution in technical solutions and applications.
For Stonex, ISE is always the ideal context for comparison. solutions and talk about projects that we then end up making a reality on stages, in theaters or at events. Our stand became a meeting point where visitors could experience our brands in their purest form, analyze real configurations, and understand how different technologies fit into an increasingly demanding sector.
Ayrton at ISE 2026: launches, power and live spectacle
Ayrton arrived at ISE 2026 with a bang, with launches that made it clear that this brand It continues to evolve in terms of power, precision, and creativity.
Beyond the launches, Ayrton once again captured everyone's attention with his Showwhich this year took center stage with its own stand. A complete spectacle where teams like KyalamiMagicDot Neo, Mamba, Rival Profile, Fast Profile and the newcomer EagleStrike They worked in sync, demonstrating power, control, and visual coherence in a real show environment.
The main protagonist was the RawBeam 350A laser beam weighing only 24,5 kg that generates 1.200.000 lux at 10 m. Perfect for large-scale productions where the beam needs to be clean and precise. Its zoom range (1,2°–42°), 160 mm front lens, and creative arsenal (CMY, CTO, gobos, frost, animation, and prisms) make it the perfect piece of equipment for the most demanding shows.
Furthermore, when the design demands visual impact from the very first second, it arrives Well To complete the proposal. If we're talking about power and definition in a compact format, this IP65 laser system has a lot to offer. With a 200mm front lens, a 35x zoom (0,6°–21°), and up to 1.840.000 lux at 10mIt allows you to switch from ultra-concentrated beams to wide-angle shots with a strong stage presence. Its high-speed CMY system, along with its dual wheel with 92 gobos (fixed and rotating) and prism combinations, expands creative possibilities with textures and effects of great depth. All this with continuous pan & tilt and a weight of 31,5 kg, designed for easy integration into tours and large-scale setups.
The Nando family also leveled up with the new Nando 1202The 502's bigger brother. With 28 RGBL LEDs and up to 25.000 lumens output, it replicates the series' philosophy and improves upon it. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use where power and color uniformity are key.
And there's more: the Dot Neo range is reinforced with the MagicBlade NeoBuilding upon the MagicDot Neo base, it adds five moving heads to multiply creative possibilities. It features 3°–30° zoom, 11.500 lumens per unit, and a scaled design to unleash your imagination.
In short, Ayrton made its commitment to powerful, well-designed solutions with a clear focus on real-world projects clear at ISE. I'm eager to see these teams working in Spain.
Nexstrale: the major new professional lighting product in the Stonex catalog
ISE 2026 was also the chosen venue for the first presentation Nextrale: Stonex's latest offering provides robust, versatile professional lighting ready for any real-world challenge. No compromises, it completes the premium catalog with solutions that adapt to every need.
In mobile luminaires, the Astor series She attracted everyone's attention. Astor Wash, Astor Blend and Astor Strobe 1800 They proved they're made for big stages and live events: power, pixel control, advanced color mixing, and IP65 certification for unexpected rain. And for smaller spaces, the moving head Aero Mini 760 It stood out for its balance: compact size, light weight, powerful output and zoom, ideal for outdoor setups and space limitations.
En fixed spotlights, The series Luster The proposal was completed with solutions designed for both stage performances and architectural and event applications. Lyster Par Zoom It triumphed due to its beam flexibility and homogeneous color mixing, while Lyster Blinder It positioned itself as a direct tool for creating visual impacts and rhythmic effects in concerts and live shows.
The family of teams Orion battery It was another highlight of our stand. Orion Pair, Orion Line and Orion Tube They sparked the interest of visitors due to their wireless control, the integration of CRMX, autonomy and the possibility of working without cabling in quick setups, set design or decorative lighting, where agility and visual clarity are key.
The reception of Nexstrale at ISE 2026 made it clear that the market also demands reliable, versatile, and well-designed equipment, ready to adapt to any context. With this new brand, Stonex strengthens its product range and expands its options for projects where flexibility and durability aren't just a bonus—they're essential!
ETC: control, lighting, and a working ecosystem
ISE 2026 was another opportunity to test the maturity of the ETC ecosystem. Control, luminaires, and software working seamlessly together, offering stability, color consistency, and clear workflows for all types of projects.
At the Stonex stand, one could see different ETC solutions working togetherallowing many visitors to try out consoles, analyze real-world configurations, and understand how the environment Eos It adapts to both complex productions and simpler setups. That feeling of a unified system was one of the most talked-about aspects during the trade fair.
For those who visited the ETC stand, we were able to see Series 3 Lustr y ColorSource Spot VTwo solutions that are very common in stage and architectural projects today, where color quality, reliability, and consistency between equipment are key. In terms of control, as always, they kept the Eos ecosystem in mind, with the consoles Apex 10, Gio @5 e Ion Xe, in addition to the Eos Nomad with the Gadget II.
The most surprising new feature was the launch of the Eos Apex FPA new addition to the Apex family, designed for those seeking the full programming power of the series in a compact format without an integrated screen. It maintains the same output capabilities and tools as the Eos environment, but with a more flexible design, geared towards custom configurations with external monitors.
Were you unable to view it properly during ISE, or were you left wanting to try it out in depth?
At Stonex we make available to professionals in the sector the Free booking of our Training Center, a space equipped with ETC systems where you can practice, test configurations or familiarize yourself with the Eos environment in a real context, without commitment.
Stage mechanics and rigging: motion control and high-performance structures
Movement and structure are fundamental to contemporary stage projects. Lifting systems and rigging solutions are evolving to offer greater precision, safety, and efficiency, with Moveket, in the field of engines, and Sixty82, in structures, as clear references in this field.
On Stonex standVisitors were able to see solutions from Moveket: moysters two fixed-speed motors and one variable-speed motor , along with the control system Expert III. A perfect combination to understand in a practical way how the control of speed and movement makes a difference in terms of precision, safety and flexibility within a stage installation.
During the fair we also approached several clients at Moveket stand to show them their latest products. The most notable was the New range of variable speed motors geared towards usage class up to UC6Now lighter and more compact, it's designed for projects where movement is not only functional but also part of the stagecraft. These new models allow you to work with 250 kg at 40 m/min or 500 kg at 15 m/min, expanding the range of applications with a single motor. Furthermore, within the fixed speed For the UC2 use case, Moveket presented a new 2.000 kg single-branch motor, geared towards high-load installations that require robust and reliable solutions.
On the other hand, Sixty82 focused on solutions rigging and structures designed to respond to increasingly demanding environments. Among the new features, the following stood out: Lighting PodsAvailable in three sizes and configurable both vertically and horizontally, with a robust design and adjustable suspension tubes that facilitate integration into all types of setups. This was further enhanced by the evolution of the Arena Frame, which incorporates a New certified railing for public spaces, capable of supporting up to 100 kg load, as well as the Alpha 82 Middle Tube Bracket, an accessory designed to fine-tune the leveling of large LED screen surfaces and speed up assembly times.
