The 39S is the result of a unique robotic manufacturing process in Europe, where design and production have been adapted to one another. They didn't want to "automate" what already existed, but rather to design a truss specifically to fit into a high-precision production line. This detail, which may seem minor, is what ensures precise joints, minimal tolerances, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that each part will be equally reliable.
The TPM39S is up to 25% stronger than its predecessor. This is achieved thanks to a complete redesign of diagonals and the use of final profiles extruded to improve rigidity. The use of these profiles allows for the elimination of end diagonals, which provides greater versatility in assembly by facilitating access to the interior of the truss. Its spigots, made of a more resistant alloy (42CrMo4), add extra reliability to each joint. All this results in a structure capable of withstanding much more demanding loads, without sacrificing the ease of assembly that is always sought after at a festival, fair, or tour.
Another of its advantages is its compatibility: The TPM39S is fully interchangeable with the M39 series, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into any existing inventory. This allows you to progressively upgrade your equipment, gradually adding the improvements of the new design.
