Coca-Cola Music Experience 2024
One of the best examples of how variable speed is making a difference is the Coca-Cola Music Experience 2024. This festival, held on September 13 and 14 at the John Lennon Arena in Getafe, brought together more than 60.000 spectators and featured performances by artists such as Rauw Alejandro, Myke Towers and Chanel.
Thanks to the work of Rock & Rigging and the technology of brands such as Moveket and Sixty82, the festival shone with a display of 31 500 kg engines. These motors adjusted the LED screens to each performance and took the show to the highest level with the dynamic movement of fixtures from the trusses. 16 motors operated the 8 truss fingers, allowing innovative configurations such as staggered or aligned trusses, creating unique atmospheres for each show.
One of the most memorable moments was Dimitri Vegas' set, where fingers moved fluidly throughout the show, redefining how lighting can adapt in real time to amplify audience emotions.. Additionally, the adjustable LED screens not only added dynamism, but optimized transitions between performances, ensuring a seamless flow of the event.
Junior Euro 2024
Another event that demonstrated the potential of variable speed was Eurojunior 2024, held in Madrid. This music competition, which brings together the best young talents in Europe, dazzled the audience not only with its performances, but also with the impressive technical production that accompanied each presentation.
On this occasion, 9 Moveket variable speed motors supplied by Rock & Rigging were used to drive part of the stage's gigantic video screenThese motors allowed specific sections of the screen to be raised and adjusted during performances, creating spectacular visual effects that made each number shine with its own light. In addition, an additional variable speed motor was used in one of the highlights of the night, creating a synchronized movement that captured the attention of everyone present.

Red Bull International Final Battle 2024
The Red Bull Batalla 2024 final, held at the WiZink Center in Madrid, featured the dynamism of variable speed motors. This event, known for being the pinnacle of freestyle in Spanish, not only stood out for the rhymes and talent on stage, but also for a technical production designed to keep the energy at its maximum throughout the competition.
In this edition, 16 variable speed motors were used to control the two inner rings of the set. From these rings hung the trusses that supported the impressive LED screens that surrounded the MCs in the center of the stage. These trusses rose and lowered in real time during each battle, creating a changing atmosphere that perfectly complemented the pace and intensity of the competitions.

The Evening of the Year 2024
The fourth edition of The Evening of the Year, held at the Santiago Bernabéu on July 13, was another outstanding example of the use of variable speed motors in large-scale shows. This event, which brought together more than 80.000 viewers and broke viewership records on Twitch, featured an impressive technical production using 18 Moveket motors.
Distributed on linear trusses and rectangular configurations, these motors not only moved the luminaires, but also created spectacular visual effects that animated the central stage during the artists’ performances. Thanks to the variable speed, the structures were adjusted to different heights and positions with total precision, creating striking moments and a fluid and dynamic experience for the audience.
