Compared to the current M29 Series, Sixty82 features two main innovations within the improvements made:
Redesign of its Diagonal Braces
By improving the design of the diagonal braces, the strength and stability of the beam system is increased. Also, since the shape and dimensions have been optimized, the diagonal braces provide better support. In this way, an improvement in the overall strength and performance of the truss is obtained, making it more effective in supporting heavy loads.
extruded end frame
In order to improve the strength and performance of the truss system, the extruded end frame is incorporated. This allows the TPM Truss it can withstand more load without deforming or failing. It's shockproof!
In addition to the improved strength, the TPM Truss series is 100% square with a perfect fit. This is because the extruded end frames have a more precise and uniform shape, allowing them to be more easily and securely attached to other truss components. This can help improve the stability and strength of the entire truss system and reduce the risk of failure due to poor connections.
Finally, the elimination of the end diagonal allows the interior of the truss to be used for storage and makes it easy to fit ceiling fixtures onto the truss without the end diagonals interfering.
