We celebrate lighting at PLASA Show 2022

PLASA Show, the event dedicated to entertainment technology, had a new edition at London's Olympia from September 4 to 6, to publicize technological advances in the worlds of lighting, audio, AV, rigging and staging.

Plasa Show has once again become a meeting point between industry professionals and entertainment professionals, with a common voice and focusing on the path of innovation, sustainability and energy efficiency.

Among the most recognized brands, we can highlight the participation of Ayrton whoever received the Gold Innovation Award thanks to Cobra. This year, Ayrton's first luminaire with laser technology received a recognition for innovation thanks to its energy efficiency, competitive price, among others. This line was designed to generate a D65 white point and produce smudge-free colors with a light output of 386.000 lux at 20 meters for large-scale shows.

In addition, Ayrton (which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year), gave us a preview of its next release, Huracán Wash, the sister line to Huracán Profile. It will be part of its 9 series along with Zonda 9 Wash and FX equipment that could be seen at the fair.

ETC also made its presence felt at the classic UK event with a variety of its props and the newest entertainment controls. Visitors to ETC's booth were able to see first-hand its renowned Source Four LED Series 3, Desire Fresnel and fos/4 Fresnel.

For its part, the Italian Claypaky consolidates its new line of effects with Tambora Flash and Tambora Batten. Also, due to her Innovation Awards nomination, she took center stage on Symphony Profile 600 who seeks to incorporate more and more into the world of theater and broadcast, thanks to its extremely quiet operation, high quality of light and control along with repositioning precision.

Another of the great protagonists was the well-known brand MA Lighting that presented its latest software update 1.8 of GrandMA3 that incorporates new functionalities.

lumenradius presented its latest releases that were nominated for the Fair's Innovation Awards. The new generation of CRMX Wireless DMX products is made up of the Stardust, Aurora and Luna equipment that take flexibility and control to the next level, with great features and a robust design.

S-Tribe's Portman was also part of the event, proving that to work with this great design team, creativity is the only limit.

Finally, the details of the GigaJet20 Pro of Sundrax. Another of the 2022 PLASA Awards nominees, this DMX-Ethernet node has 20 ports with fiber optic link, gigabit switch and media converter.
