Stonex launches its ETC Ambassador program

Stonex has kicked off its Ambassador ETC program, an initiative that aims to support illuminators, technicians and designers through ETC with the aim of promoting the development of new professionals.
Stonex visited ETC London together with his two Ambassadors ETC. After the visit, our ambassadors were able to meet all the team that makes up ETC and all the brand's innovations.
Those selected for this first edition of the program are Pau Fullana and Chiqui Ruiz, both illuminators have spent several years developing their career in the world of professional lighting. With a great job behind his back, currently tThey work in several shows around the world.
After spending a few days at the ETC headquarters in London, Pau and Chiqui got to know the ETC team closely, as well as all the brand's novelties. In addition, they could attend a training conference with Nick Simmons, programmer of the musical of the Lion King in London, Sidney, Sao Paolo and Madrid among others.

Pau Fullana He started as an illuminator at 1999 at the School of Techniques of Arts and Entertainment at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona and from 2001 he began to work in different theaters in Barcelona. In 2006 he joined the dance company María Pagés as an illuminator. With several years of experience in the world of theater and lighting, from 2010 he combines his vocation as a technician and designer with the coordination and technical direction in multiple theater companies with projects such as the technical coordination of the Antigone, Medea and Oedipus Rey tragedies. others.
For its part, Chiqui Ruiz has been dedicated to the world of professional lighting for 15 years. Among his jobs, he spent six years as a technician and table operator at the Teatro Real in Madrid. He has also worked in the opening of the Passion Spiele Hauss theater in Erl (Austria), as well as in several of the opera festivals that take place in this Austrian city, in which he has participated as a programmer. As a designer he has worked on the musical "Cathering Harker", "Antígona", "Petra Von Kant" or "Alicia" among others. Technical coordinator of Factoría Madre Constriktor currently with the show 'El Interprete', Chiqui has not stopped since he began his career in the world of lighting.
