Mythos by Clay Paky was one of the highlights of this year. Used in big shows like the rest of the Super Bowl along with Katy Perry or the tour of Robbie Williams in Madrid among others, the Mythos projector stands out for having a power of up to 80.000 lumens in just 470w.
Versatility. Mythos is the first 470w projector with a spot lamp that is also beam. Its optics makes it adaptable to all kinds of applications. As a spot, its zoom features range from 4º to 50º.
Effects It offers a wide range of visual effects. The Mythos consists of a wheel with 18 + 1 fixed gobos and 6 rotating gobos. In addition, it incorporates a visual graphic disk that is rotated in both directions with different speeds, being able to superimpose all the gobos.
Zoom Separated from the rotating and fixed gobos, it offers a smooth, fast and silent movement. In addition, it consists of two rotating prisms, which allow multiplying the projected images. The first is a four-sided prism for the dispersion of volumetric light, and the second is linear and multiplies the image.
Beam. Its optics allows to change the spot to a beam with an angle of only 0.5º. With a long distance, it offers a beam that is totally parallel to the lens. In this mode, it has twice the light output of Sharpy. In addition, it allows to use the gobos offering dynamic effects.
CMY Equipped with a range of fixed colors, its CMY allows you to mix colors, offering a smooth transition from one color to another. It has two CTO filters and one CTB that adds shades of color, especially pastel colors. It is completed with a high precision attenuator and a variable frequency strobe effect.
